This is a flat-fee model designed for established clinics. Unlike percentage-based billing, your costs stay the same even as your revenue grows, effectively eliminating the “Success Tax.”
If we work directly within your hospital-provided EHR system, there is no extra software cost. For those using our CollaborateMD integration, the $2,999 fee covers our expert’s labor, but user login and licensing fees for the software are billed separately based on your needs.
